Whether you inherited a mobile home, are selling your land, or simply want it gone — our program covers everything from title guidance to the final haul-off.
Traditional mobile home demolition runs $10,000–$25,000. Through our program, qualifying owners pay nothing. We cover permits, labor, and haul-off.
Not sure how the title works? We walk you through the transfer process step by step. Missing title? Most states have a replacement process — we'll help you navigate it.
A demolition permit is required in most counties. We coordinate the permit process on your behalf so you don't have to deal with the local building department.
Salvageable materials are recovered and recycled. What can't be salvaged goes to licensed disposal facilities — not illegally dumped.
We operate across the continental United States. Rural, suburban, or urban — if there's road access, we can typically work with it.
Apply in 30 seconds. Our team reviews every application and reaches out within hours — not days. You'll know quickly if your property qualifies.
From your first call to a cleared lot — here's exactly what to expect.
Fill out the short form below with your name, phone, and email. Tell us the state and general condition of the mobile home. That's all we need to start.
Our team contacts you within hours to discuss the home's condition, location, access, and title situation. We'll confirm whether it qualifies for free removal and walk you through the next steps.
We guide you through the title transfer or elimination process for your state. Our licensed contractors pull the required demolition permits with your local county on your behalf.
Our crew arrives, tears down and hauls off the mobile home, and leaves the lot clear. Typical on-site time is 1–3 days. We recover salvageable materials — this is what makes free removal possible.
You get a cleared parcel and no bill. Use the land however you'd like — sell it, build on it, or simply leave it clean. You'll receive documentation of the completed removal.
We work with a wide range of situations. You don't need a perfect home or a clean title to apply.
Not sure if you qualify? Apply anyway. The worst outcome is we tell you it doesn't qualify — and even then, we can often point you toward other options. Assessment is free with no obligation.
"My mother passed away and left a mobile home on her land. I had no idea how to deal with the title or who to call. Mobile Home Gone walked me through everything and had it removed for free. Couldn't have been more grateful."
"I wanted to donate my old mobile home but couldn't find an organization that would take it in that condition. These guys removed it at no charge, handled the permit, and were professional from start to finish."

Everything you need to know about giving away your mobile home.
It depends on who receives the home. If a registered 501(c)(3) nonprofit organization accepts the donation, you may be able to deduct the fair market value from your federal taxes. However, many older or deteriorated mobile homes have little or no IRS-recognized fair market value, which limits the practical tax benefit. Consult a tax professional for advice specific to your situation. Through our program, we remove qualifying mobile homes at no cost — which eliminates your expense regardless of the tax outcome.
Mobile homes have separate titles — similar to vehicle titles — that must be transferred when ownership changes. The process varies by state but generally involves signing the title over to the new party (or their authorized representative), sometimes with notarization. If the title is lost or missing, most states have a process to obtain a replacement or eliminate the title through the DMV or state housing agency. We guide you through the title process as part of our free removal program.
We accept mobile homes in almost any condition — old, damaged, abandoned, storm-damaged, condemned, or fire-damaged. Single-wides and double-wides both qualify. Condition affects whether the home qualifies for our free removal program (we recover value through salvage), but we evaluate every situation individually. Submit your information and we'll be upfront about whether it qualifies.
